Radio Recorder

Radio Recorder is a professional radio recording tool, which is mainly used to record internet radio stations as MP3 tracks. 27,000 + internet radio resources are supplied, and ID3 tags will be captured automatically while recording. So Radio Recorder will satisfy your needs greatly.

Step 1Search & Play Station
1. Radio Recorder provides 27,000+ popular internet radio stations of shoutcast protocol, and Top 10 popular stations are recommended. So you can search any internet stations freely.
Please input keywords of the radio station into the search column, and then click “Search”. Our program will search related radio stations immediately, and you could select what you like from the “Search Result “list.

2. After selecting the target station, you can just click  to play it. And an audio playing graph will show up automatically while playing stations.

Step 2 Record
Then you could right-click the station and then select “Record”. Please remember to click   firstly to preset the output path of recorded files.

The program will automatically start to record the radios instantly. Some recording information will display in the file list window, such as Stations, On Air, and Record.

And then the recorded file will be listed in the recorded file list.

Finally, you could click to check it or right-click the selected file to “Play” it.
For Advanced Users:

1. Capture ID3 tags automatically

After recording, ID3 tags of recorded songs will be displayed in the bar, such as File, Artist, Genre and Size.

1. Edit ID3 manually

If the ID 3 tags of recorded tracks are not what you want, Radio Recorder also supports editing and modifying ID3 tags. Please right-click on the recorded songs, and then select “Edit ID3 Tags" of the menu.
Then you can input some information like: Title, Artist, Album, Year, Genre, Genre and comments as you like, and then click the “OK” button.

3. Covert
The recorded files are defaulted as MP3 tracks, so most portable device will be available. Any portable device will meet your needs maximally, when you want to convert those files into other formats for your especial preference like AAC, AC3, M4A, WMA, OGG, APE, and WAV.
You just need to click  to start converting it.
When choose to convert, a pop-up window will ask you to set some information, such as “Output Format”, “Target Folder”, “Format Settings” and “Converting Process”.

3. Style your own “Favorites” library
If you want to collect those nice radio stations for further use, Radio Recorder also helps you to collect those stations.
You just need to right-click the target station, and select “Collect” of the menu. And then your favorite stations will be listed in the collection list one by one.

1. Add PLS  Files

Radio Recorder also supports adding PLS files manually.
You just need to click http://www.shoutcast.com/   to visit Free Internet Radio - Shoutcast Radio, and then download a PLS file. Then please click “Add Station” to import the downloaded PLS file, so you could play, record or rename the radio stations of PLS files as you like.
